The N.F.L. has cleared Ted Hendricks, the all‐pro linebacker, to negotiate with the Green Bay Packers or any other club.
Hendricks, who had signed with the now defunct Jacksonville Sharks of the W.F.L. and is a free agent, said by phone from Miami yesterday, “I don't think I'm going to have any problems signing with the Packers. I think Green Bay would have traded me if they didn't want my services.”
